I have a student missing from my class and I can't add them.


If you have a student that is in the wrong class on Sumdog or you have a recent addition to your class you will need to contact your district administrators as your rosters are all automated and synced with Clever.

Once notified they will be able to rectify the roster with Clever. As we update the rosters daily, your missing student will be in the correct class within 24 hours.
