How can I add other family members to my account?

Other family members or guardians can be part of your Sumdog family account.

To add other adults:

  1. Log into Sumdog with your parent account.
  2. Click on Settings (in the top blue bar)
  3. Click EDIT in the Parents box
  4. Click Add parents on the bottom left of the page
  5. Type in the email address of the adult you wish to add. Make sure you type the correct address.
  6. Click Send an Invitation.

Sumdog will send an invite to them which asks them to accept your invitation. They may also be asked to create a Sumdog account, if they have not already done so. As soon as they have done this, they will automatically be part of your family.

Note: It is not possible to add an existing teacher account to a family account. To add a family member who is also a teacher, please use an alternative email address.

Tip: Sent invitations will appear on the Add parents page and can be cancelled any time, as long as the invited parents have not accepted them.
